How It Works

DEMO QUIZ
The first thing you should do is to play our Demo Quiz which will give you a good idea of the treat in store for you, with a mixture of text, audio clips, video clips and picture questions.

REGISTRATION
Your next step is to Register, which immediately entitles you to 3 footballquizchamp credits, absolutely FREE OF CHARGE. Registering allows you to start playing and winning prizes, straight away! Please note that you will only be able to use your free credits to play quizzes with small value prizes.

Login, and click on any of the quizzes on the Home Page. If you have used up your free credits, you can buy more credits, by going to our Buy Credits page. This asks you for your name, address, email address and password, and also your credit card details. The cost of footballquizchamp credits is shown on our Pricing page. Buying credits entitles you to enter the quizzes which offer big cash prizes or valuable items such as i-pods, DVD players, cameras and computers.

TYPES OF QUIZZES

We have many different categories of quizzes about football available at different times. The currently available quizzes are shown on the Home Page. The quizzes shown with gold coins next to the clock are those for which you will be required to purchase credits in order to play.

You will see that each football quiz runs for a different length of time. The clock shown on each quiz is running down the time left until the quiz finishes. However, this will also depend on there being a minimum number of players needed to take part. The number of players still needed to allow the quiz to finish is shown on each quiz block. If the required number of players has not been reached by the end of the time, the clock will start running again, and the quiz will finish at the specified finish time on the day that the minimum number is reached. On that day,the quiz will be described as a "Hot Quiz" which means that the quiz will definitely finish at the specified time that day.

The current leader is shown on each quiz, and by clicking on Scores, you will be able to see the scores of all players in the quiz including your own once you have played.

Quizzes coming up in the future are to be found by clicking on Future Quizzes on the left side of the Home Page.

Our Special Promotions quizzes are held when there is a special reason to feature that particular category, such as a team reaching the FA Cup or European Champions League Final.. Each Special Promotions quiz is held LIVE at a specified time and the Prize is a guaranteed amount, never less than £250 and sometimes much more. Entry is restricted to the first 50 players who sign up!

So that the competition is fair to all, each of the 20 questions in the Special Promotions quiz will be delivered to each competitor at the same time, with a gap of 15 seconds between each question.

HOW MANY QUESTIONS?
There are 10 questions in every regular quiz, and in the Special Promotions quiz there are 20 questions. You will have a maximum of 15 seconds to answer each question.
